- CAD/ CAM – a number of 2D and 3D systems are operated covering most CAD file types
- CNC Turning – 5 machines up to 800mm diameter and 3m between centres.
- CNC Machining Centres – 7 machines up to 1500mm x 800mm x 800mm and 3 Te workpiece.
- EDM Wire Cut – 2 machines up to 400mm thickness
- EDM Drilling – 2 machines covering 0.4mm to 6.5mm diameter and depths to 200mm
- EDM Die Sinker with 4 axis capacity.
- Laser Engraving – 4 axis.
The CNC capacity is supplemented by a range of manual machines including surface and cylindrical grinding.
